• What is your return policy?

  You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all packaging and accessories. Some items such as opened software or earphones are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• How do I return an item?

  Open My Account › My Orders, choose the item and select Return, or message us on live chat. We’ll arrange a free pickup and process your refund once the item passes inspection.

• How long do refunds take?

  Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Card payments are refunded to the original card; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet.
